SSH write broken pipe

Looks like the remote system closed the connection after two failed
login attempts.

The "Write failed:Broken pipe" happen in some servers. We restart the ssh service but the problem remain, to fix this it is need a reboot.

You restart the service at the remote servers, not the local?
Have you looked at the sshd or system logs for entries about the failure?
